The TrueGate website and dashboard are operated by NOVAPAY Panamá. We use cookies and similar technologies to run the website and dashboard, keep you signed in, understand how the site is used and, where applicable, measure the effectiveness of our marketing.

Types of cookies we use

Strictly necessary	Session (tg_session), CSRF, load balancing, security. Required for the Service to work; cannot be disabled.	Session / up to 30 days
Preferences	Remember UI choices such as language and dashboard filters.	Up to 12 months
Analytics	Google Analytics 4 to understand traffic and improve the Service. IP anonymization is enabled.	Up to 14 months
Marketing	Google Ads conversion tracking on the marketing pages, to measure the effectiveness of paid campaigns. Only loaded on pages under truegate.io/ (not inside the customer dashboard).	Up to 90 days

Managing cookies

You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where a consent banner is shown, through that banner. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent the dashboard from working. For Google Analytics you can additionally opt out by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Changes

If the list of cookies used by TrueGate changes materially, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
